Welcome Our New Pastor!

Our church has a new pastor! Bro. Myron Wilkins accepted the call to be the Executive Pastor of Hixson First Baptist Church on November 1, 2009. He preached his first "official" sermon as the new pastor on Sunday, December 6, 2009.

Even though this brochure (a pdf file) is dated, it gives a little more background information on Bro. Myron and his family.

Website is a bust!

Even though the church's website is "up", it's a bit of a disgrace, IMHO. The most "current" newsletter/bulletin is from July 2009, and the scrolling "upcoming events" shows Nov. 1 as the latest date. Come on, guys!!!!
