The Women's Retreat was great! Cathy Lee Phillips was our speaker. She's a hoot! She talked about finding the silver in the slop which is the title of one of her books: Silver In The Slop & Other Surprises: How God Puts the 'Extra' in the 'Ordinary'.

I'm a bit tired, so I may write more about the retreat at another time. I didn't sleep the greatest at "The Lodge" or "The Inn" or whatever-you-call-it. (I'm not sure of the official name of the place where we stayed at Fall Creek Falls.)

Women's Fall Retreat

Today's the day for the Women's Retreat at Fall Creek Falls. I plan to go and ride the church van. There are two vans going. As I understand it, one plans to leave the church around 3 p.m. The other plans to leave around 4 p.m.

I think we'll eat supper somewhere along the way. Then, the "conference" starts at 7 p.m. ...if I'm not mistaken. There's a session tonight and one or two tomorrow morning. Then, we leave to come home right around lunch time.
