Official Website still Under Construction
I just checked on the church's website; and while it's still under construction, at least the aforementioned picture of the parking lot is no longer shown. (I only wish I had saved a copy of it so that I could post it here.)

Wednesday Words...
Here it is, nearly mid-March, and I've not posted anything in over a month! Where does the time go?!
I have been posting on my homeschool blog. I guess I've not posted anything here because it doesn't seem that anyone really visits. If you do visit, please leave me a comment and let me know.

Website update?
Sorry I've not been on here in forever... okay, I know it's not forever.
Anyway, I "heard" that someone new at our church is working on the church's website. So, perhaps there will be an "official" Hixson FBC website afterall. (Click on the link to see alovely view of one of the parking lots.)

apology and where's the sun?!
Sorry I've not put up anything for this past Sunday's Encounter, yet. I've not been feeling the greatest... emotionally. It's a long story; and if anyone actually reads this, they'd probably be bored. So, I'll spare you the details. :)
It's been raining here the past couple of days. Since our area of the United States has been having a drought, the rain is welcomed. However, I'm ready for some sun. It's hard to imagine how the Hooks are handling the lack of sun in Moscow. (If you get a chance, check out their blogs and pray for them.)
